How do I make payment?

Payment for online orders can be made by credit or debit card or by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment. For telephone orders we accept payment by credit or debit card.

Can I amend my order?

Customers can amend their orders as long as the order has not been packed ready for despatch within 12 hours of order placed. please contact Info@blackbeetledrinks.uk

Can I order gift packaging?

Unfortunately we do not offer gift packaging.

My order is a gift, can I include a gift card?

When placing your order please add the details at checkout.  We regret that if your order has been packed and is ready to despatch that amendments cannot be made.

Can I have a delivery address which is different to my invoice address?

You can specify a different address to the invoice address. Please add these at checkout.

Can I arrange a specific date and time for my delivery?

Unfortunately our carriers do not offer a time specific delivery service. We can send orders to arrive on a specific date but we would remind you that whilst 98% of deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe we cannot 100% guarantee the day.
If you are ordering as a gift we would ask you to take this into account when arranging delivery.
Please note that we are unable to offer weekend deliveries.

I’m a collector, can I specify the bottles or labels I want?

Bottles and labels can and do vary. This means that the images shown on our website may not be the same as current stock items. If the bottle or label is important please check before ordering.
Please note that it isn’t always possible to provide a perfect looking bottle/label as this very much depends on the condition they are received in from our supplier.

How will my order be packaged?

We use a variety of thick and sturdy cardboard boxes and dividers to hold each bottle individually. Any remaining spaces are filled to stop movement of the contents.

Does your shop stock items not available on the website?

We occasionally have items available that are not available to purchase online, usually because they are too fragile or large to post.

There’s a particular item I’m looking for, can you get it for me?
