Taking a thoroughly contemporary approach, Bella Modella creates a fine yet affordable style of modern still wines and Prosecco.

The range includes the value focused Figlia, the butterfly inspired la Farfalla, and the Modella Prosecco with its stylish design and deliciously frothy, fruit filled character it is the perfect model of Prosecco.

Viticulture

Grown on tufa limestone substrate soils. Mild winters with little rain, hot summers which are dry but the vines are trainied so there is good ventilation.

Winemaking

A soft pressing of the grapes the fermentation without maceration at a controlled temperature of less than 20 degress celsius. Matured in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note

A medium straw yellow colour. Fresh and fruity with a slight floral note on the nose. Fresh and balanced, soft and round with fresh fruit and citric notes.
