The Aibling black beer is still brewed today in the traditional three-mash process from selected dark malt and stands out from any other dark one due to the typical finely spicy malt aroma and the softly rounded taste. The balanced bitterness from the Hallertau aroma hops gives this black beer its full-bodied and yet not sweet taste. |
